Privacy Policy
Privacy at {site_name}
Visitors to {site_name} should be able to read our coverage without handing over personal information. This directory exists to document darknet markets, Tor hidden services, onion site ecosystems, and the public record of law enforcement operations such as Operation Onymous and DisrupTor. Nothing about browsing that record requires an account, a login, or a form submission, and we designed the site accordingly. We keep collection to the technical minimum, and this page explains precisely what that minimum is.
Information we hold
Our servers record standard request data: the IP address that connected, the user agent string, the page requested, and a timestamp. These entries exist because web servers produce them, and because we need them to detect scraping, denial-of-service attempts, and automated abuse. We do not ask for names, email addresses, or payment details. There is no comment system, no newsletter signup, and no registration. If you never contact us, the only information we will ever hold about you is that log line.
Cookies
Honestly, we barely use them. You will find no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels on these pages. If any cookie is set at all, it is a functional one that remembers a display preference and expires quickly. Most visitors will complete a full reading session with nothing stored on their device by us.
Why we process log data
Log records serve two purposes. First, security: identifying and blocking abuse, scrapes, and intrusion attempts. Second, reliability: understanding which pages fail or load slowly. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose visitor data to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose. We do not build behavioral profiles, and we do not enrich logs with outside datasets for the purpose of identifying readers.

External services
{site_name} does not embed analytics suites, social widgets, or advertising networks. Pages are delivered through a content delivery network that processes requests on our behalf for performance and filtering; it may briefly see the same request data described above. No other third party receives information about your visit from us.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The subject matter — marketplaces, escrow and PGP security, carding ecosystems, deanonymization research — is intended for adult readers. Should we learn that a child under 13 has provided information, we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
- Ask whether we hold any data associated with your IP address or session.
- Request a copy of what exists.
- Request deletion of those log records, subject to short retention windows needed for security investigations.
- Object to processing, or ask us to explain how a specific record was used.
Because log data is short-lived and not tied to an identity, we may be unable to locate records for a given visitor after a brief period, and we will say so plainly rather than guess.
Updates to this notice
We revise this page when our practices change. The new text is posted here with a refreshed effective date, and material changes will be summarized at the top rather than buried.
